Sleeping Tips

  • Thinking - Change the way you think about sleep: sleep is a gift from God, it's what we're commanded to do, it shows our trust in God.
  • Routine - Consistent bedtime, wake time, and pre-bed ritual.
  • Media Silence - Make your bedroom a technology free space.  Turn off devices an hour before bed.
  • Exercise - God created you to be active, not sedentary; you sleep better after you exercise.
