Movies in the Park is a FREE event for Spartanburg. We show free family movies and have drawings to win a number of gift certificates for local businesses every summer.
What do I need to bring?
Bring something to sit on and all of your friends and family!
Why does Hub City Church do Movies in the Park?
Why not? Seriously though, we believe this is an event that God wants us to do for this community free of charge and no strings attached. We want to help make Spartanburg a better place to live and play.
Am I going to have to sit through a sermon before you show the movie?
Nope! We don't like bait and switch events. We just want to show great family movies. If you want to hear a sermon feel free to
listen online or check us out on Sundays at 10:30 AM at
350 North Blackstock Road.
Who is invited?
Everyone! Seriously. We mean everyone.
What time do the movies start?
The movies begin when it's dark enough outside to see the movie. That changes throughout the summer. Call
864-576-4111 the week of the movie to find out a more exact time.
What is not allowed?
The city doesn't allow pets or smoking in the park. It's their park so we try and play by their rules.
